The Dahlmann-Schmidt Distillery
Our Distillery
Founded in 1887 by our grand-grandparents, we see it as our duty to continue the long-standing tradition. In order to produce the most excellent products, we distill everything twice, in two different procedures, the so-called "Rauhbrand" (first stage) and the "Feinbrand" (second stage). By this we achieve superb quality, resulting in a growing number of awards. In 1999 we received "gold", "silver" and "bronze" awards for our "schnapps".
